5’2”Before: 76 kgDuring: 64 kgOnly 2 months of:- Daily workouts (either using the 7-minute-workout app or the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels). 
- And eating 1200 calories worth of clean, healthy food!!!! Which is only -250 calories less than my maintenance level! Don’t starve yourself guys!!
Still need to lose about 10-15 kg =)
